Turnbull Environmental, Inc. (TEI) was contracted to complete a design-build project for Ducks Unlimited (DU) for the Tippen Bay Wetland Reserve Project (WRP). The scope of services represented a cradle-to-grave project combining the collective professional experience of TEI (principal sub-contractor, project manager and construction services), Mitigation Resources (engineering) and EarthBalance environmental assessments) to provide the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) a complete turn-key project.
